📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients, ensuring adequate inventory levels.,Prepare and portion food items as required, ensuring quality and consistency.,Assist in the preparation of special dietary needs meals when required.,Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in the training and development of new kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the improvement of kitchen processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.,Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physically demanding tasks.
