Market Express Jaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Pematangsiantar. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position with immediate availability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting products.,Manage the branch's budget, including expenses and revenue, to ensure profitability.,Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.,Maintain a clean and organized branch environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.,Monitor and report on branch performance, providing regular updates to the regional manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail or sales environment.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
