📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all property assets, ensuring they meet luxury hospitality standards.
• Manage a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules using advanced software such as SAP and BIM 360.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with property management and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Drive innovation and efficiency in property maintenance by leveraging the latest technologies and best practices.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff by implementing robust safety protocols and emergency response plans.
• Represent Accor at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and best practices in luxury hospitality maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in property maintenance.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance operations in luxury hospitality properties.
• Certifications in facility management, safety, and relevant engineering disciplines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Proficiency in using advanced maintenance management software such as SAP, BIM 360, and other industry-standard tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in Bali and Indonesia.
