📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both internally and externally.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present business development reports to senior management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.,Manage and mentor junior business development staff.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using business development tools and software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
