📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Maintain accurate records of guest visits and interactions.,Handle and manage mail and packages for employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in organizing and managing office events and meetings.,Provide excellent customer service and support to all guests and visitors.,Ensure the office is clean and tidy at the end of each day.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with office management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
