📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Support department heads with HR-related queries and issues
• Help design and execute training programs for employees
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support performance management activities, including goal setting and reviews
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Assist in the development of HR reports and metrics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (fresh graduates welcome)
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools like BambooHR or Workday
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
