📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing audit teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of audit plans.
  • Conducting audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identifying and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records and documents.
  • Monitoring and evaluating audit processes to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior auditors to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborating with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit and compliance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Professional certification in audit (e.g., CPA, CIA, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using audit software and tools.
