Puskesmas Fajar Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our facility and patients. As the Lead Security Guard, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations, managing security personnel, and implementing security measures to protect our premises. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily security operations and ensure the safety of the facility and patients.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.,Manage and train security personnel.,Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures.,Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed.,Maintain accurate security records and reports.,Ensure compliance with all security regulations and laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.,Experience in managing security personnel is a plus.,Knowledge of security protocols, surveillance systems, and emergency procedures.,Ability to make quick and effective decisions in high-pressure situations.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks.
