• Coordinate service schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of service quality and safety.
• Maintain open communication with the office team to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving.
• Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper handling of pesticides.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pest control operations, with a strong background in leadership and team management.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service quality and maintaining high standards of safety.
• Certified in pest control by a recognized institution, such as the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) or the Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA).
• Strong understanding of local regulations and health and safety guidelines, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using pest control software, such as PestPac, Orbit, or similar systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for field operations.
• Ability to travel extensively and work in various weather conditions.
