Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.,Participate in training and development programs for store staff.,Report to the regional manager on a regular basis, providing updates on store performance and any issues that require attention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Willingness to travel within the region as required.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English skills are a plus.
