📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of dental clinics, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage and mentor a team of dentists, hygienists, and support staff.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service.
• Maintain and update clinic records, including patient charts and treatment plans.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Dental Hygiene, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the dental healthcare industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of dental clinic operations, including scheduling, billing, and inventory management.
• Certification in dental hygiene or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using dental software, such as Dentrix, EHR, or Practice Management Systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
