📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist senior designers in creating fashion sketches and collections using industry-standard software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Develop and refine patterns for garments using CAD systems such as Gerber Accumark or Lectra Modaris.
• Collaborate with seamstresses to construct garments according to design specifications.
• Participate in styling sessions and photo shoots to present collections to clients.
• Organize and maintain design files and project documentation.
• Attend industry events, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated with the latest trends and techniques.
• Support the design team in meeting deadlines and project requirements.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the brand's visual identity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in fashion design or a related field.
• Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with CAD systems for pattern making, such as Gerber Accumark or Lectra Modaris.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
