📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Managing and leading a team of dedicated employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.,Driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve the pharmacy's services and offerings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the healthcare or retail industry.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
