📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflicts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Support the company's efforts in creating a positive and inclusive work environment.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial company is a plus.
