We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at CAST Sentosa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Coordinate benefits administration and payroll processing.,Support management in strategic HR planning and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
