Bright One Nusantara is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and benefits enrollment.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Facilitate employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees, supporting their professional growth and development.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends, applying knowledge to improve HR processes and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to analyze data and provide insights to support HR decision-making.
