📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting activities of the company,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Provide financial advice and recommendations to support the company's strategic planning,Monitor and control the company's financial performance and budget,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
