📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with business objectives and drive data-driven decision-making.,Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies and improve operational efficiency.,Create and maintain comprehensive data models and frameworks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our data.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.,Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, and implement measures to protect sensitive information.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data analysis, and incorporate new techniques and tools into our workflows.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of leading data analysis teams.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification in data analysis or a related field is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
