📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure learning initiatives are integrated into business operations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
  • Measure and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs.
  • Experience in using learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
