🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing supervision or a related field.
• A degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office.
