As an Occupational Health Nurse, you'll provide comprehensive health assessments, manage medical records, and administer first aid. You'll also collaborate with our corporate clients to implement health and safety programs tailored to their specific needs. This is a day shift role (08:00 - 16:30) with potential for overtime during peak periods.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and medical evaluations for employees
• Manage and maintain accurate medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems
• Administer first aid and provide emergency medical care to employees
• Collaborate with corporate clients to design and implement health and safety programs
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and ensure compliance with OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety Act) regulations
• Provide health education and training to employees and clients
• Participate in incident investigations and risk management activities
• Stay updated with the latest medical and safety standards through continuous professional development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Occupational Health Nurse in a corporate or BPO environment
• Certification from reputable organizations such as BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• Strong knowledge of OHSA regulations and workplace safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
