You will play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction, while also maintaining high standards of product quality and service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure that the outlet is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively and organized.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the outlet is clean and tidy at all times.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure that all targets and goals are met.,Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Proven track record of success in driving sales and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Good knowledge of inventory control and stock management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
