📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and prepare accurate financial reports.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations.,Oversee the accounting and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
