Tanggung Jawab:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, assisting with treatments, and monitoring patients' conditions.Assessing and monitoring patients' vital signs and overall health status.Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.Ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout their stay.Documenting patient care activities and maintaining accurate medical records.Participating in staff meetings and continuing education to stay updated on best practices and new developments in healthcare.Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.Promoting a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and staff.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.Commitment to delivering compassionate and high-quality patient care.Willingness to work remote hours and be available for on-call shifts.Ability to travel to different locations as needed.🛠️ Keahlian
