Shine Pro Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Gunung Kidul. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a profitable business. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to high-quality standards.,Maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met, including health and safety, food handling, and employment laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management.,Ability to work well in a team and with other departments, such as marketing and finance.,Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
