📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead BIM modeling projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and accurate models.
  • Mentor and train junior BIM modelers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all models meet project requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM software, tools, and best practices.
  • Ensure that all models are compliant with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of BIM standards and guidelines within the organization.
  • Participate in project reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve project outcomes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Information Modeling (BIM), or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a focus on architectural projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing BIM modeling projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of BIM software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to mentor and train junior modelers to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
