📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.,Work efficiently and effectively under pressure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
