📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure product quality.,Analyze and report on quality control issues and trends.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff.,Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Experience with quality control software and tools.,Proven track record of improving quality control processes and outcomes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
