Spot New Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team in Samarinda. As a Store Admin, you will play a crucial role in managing our store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and contributing to the overall success of our business. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.,Assist in the preparation and organization of store displays and promotions.,Monitor and report on store sales, customer traffic, and other relevant metrics.,Assist in the training and development of new store staff.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer service and sales transactions.,Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Must be willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
