Bay Fast Corporindo is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Teller to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. This is an immediate opening, and we are seeking someone who can start right away. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of banking operations. The salary range for this position is Rp 3.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.,Handle cash transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.,Process various banking services such as account opening, transfers, and loan applications.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.,Assist in the operation of ATMs and other banking equipment.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a banking or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with banking operations and procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
