📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement innovative educational programs aligned with national curriculum standards
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and community partners to develop and deliver high-quality learning experiences
• Evaluate program effectiveness using data-driven approaches and learning analytics
• Utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite to create and manage program materials
• Stay current with educational trends and best practices to continuously improve program offerings
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity and creativity
• Represent Pendidikan Bangka Belitung Foundation at local and regional educational conferences and events
• Assist in the development and implementation of school improvement plans

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational program coordination or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian national curriculum standards and educational assessment practices
• Proficiency in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Valid teaching certification or equivalent professional qualification
