📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of mining activities in Pangkal Pinang, ensuring efficiency and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and sustainability in our mining operations.
• Manage and mentor a team of mining engineers, geologists, and support staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and contractors, adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Monitor environmental impact and implement measures to minimize the ecological footprint of our operations.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and environmental organizations.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in mining technologies and practices.
• Report to the Board of Directors on the performance and progress of mining operations in Bangka Belitung.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale mining projects.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices in the mining industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of mining software and tools such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and Vulcan.
• Valid mining license and certification as required by Indonesian regulations.
