📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute assigned projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and client requirements.,Coordinate with project teams, including designers, engineers, and other professionals, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.,Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends, contributing to the development of innovative project ideas.,Prepare and present project reports, including financials, timelines, and performance metrics, to stakeholders and management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.,Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to continuously improve project outcomes.,Assist in the development and implementation of project management strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or a similar role, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking markets.,Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.,Experience in working with international clients and stakeholders is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
