As a Barista at Earthlings Coffee Workshop, you'll be at the heart of our operations, daily brewing and serving coffee using high-quality beans sourced from local and international suppliers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer leaves with a smile, thanks to your exceptional barista skills and warm hospitality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Brew and serve high-quality coffee using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and grinders.
• Prepare various coffee drinks, both hot and cold, to meet customer preferences.
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment and work areas to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in stock management, including coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and pleasant experience for all guests.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Basic knowledge of coffee beans, their origins, and flavor profiles.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about coffee and hospitality.
