📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular coal quality testing using industry-standard equipment such as XRF, XRD, and calorimeters.
• Analyze coal samples to determine ash, moisture, sulfur, and calorific value content.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with international standards.
• Monitor and report on coal quality metrics, providing insights for process optimization.
• Collaborate with mining and processing teams to address any issues related to coal quality.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance coal quality and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all quality control documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coal quality analysis or a similar role in the mining industry.
• Proven expertise in using coal quality analysis equipment such as XRF, XRD, and calorimeters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of international coal quality standards and regulations is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and coal quality analysis software such as LabX, MineSight, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to remote mining sites as required.
