📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement sustainability strategies aligned with global best practices and local regulations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain sustainability dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and Tableau.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of sustainability into business operations.
• Stay updated with the latest sustainability trends and technologies.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in sustainability consulting or a similar role.
• Certification in LEED, ISO 14001, or other relevant sustainability certifications.
• Proficient in using Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability best practices.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
