📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of pool and garden maintenance, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics.
• Lead and mentor a team of pool and garden attendants, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule using tools like Microsoft Excel and specialized garden management software.
• Ensure the safety and compliance of all pool and garden areas, adhering to local regulations and industry standards.
• Organize and coordinate special events and activities in the pool and garden areas, enhancing guest experiences.
• Monitor and report on the performance of the pool and garden areas, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, from check-in to check-out.
• Promote and enforce environmental sustainability practices in the pool and garden maintenance operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pool and garden maintenance, preferably in a luxury resort or similar setting.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Strong knowledge of pool and garden maintenance techniques and tools.
• Certification in pool safety and maintenance, such as Red Cross Lifeguard or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with garden management software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
